I’m a Product Designer and Frontend Engineer focused on creating amazing products and services.

I’ve held a variety of design roles since the late 1990s. I studied Biotechnology, Engineering and Communications but my love for Design was always greater.

I’m a passionate photographer who loves to understand and repair old cameras. I’m a devotee of medium format. With some friends we have a podcast where we talk about analog photography.

My process

I strongly believe we can’t look to the future without understanding our present. Context, in all it forms, shapes our ability to foresee what’s next. Design should embrace science and art, stand on the shoulders of technology and look deeply into our history to create a story we can all relate to, creating new knowledge from experience.

“Design is not added value; design is value” — Gui Bonsiepe

My background begins with the Ulm Model and grows every day through visionaries such as Bruno Latour, Tomás Maldonado or Gui Bonsiepe.

My work philosophy starts with simple steps that transform every project into a learning experience, both for me and my clients or colleagues.

  1. Understand
  2. Plan
  3. Involve
  4. Research
  5. Instrumentalize
  6. Prototype
  7. Test
  8. Develop
  9. Deliver
  10. Refine
